報告摘要：In this talk, we shall present our very recent study on the theoretic analysis of the spectral volume method for hyperbolic equations. First, we will recall some theoretic tools developed in our previous analysis of high order finite volume methods for elliptic equations. Secondly, we will apply the previous tools to analyze the spectral volume method for the linear 1D scalar hyperbolic equation. Finally, we will present the L2 norm optimal order convergence and superconvergence of SV method for the linear 1D scalar hyperbolic equation. This talk is based on a joint work with Waixiang Cao from Beijing Normal University.
報告人簡介：鄒青松，中山大學計算機學院教授，數據科學系主任，博士生導師。2000年在武漢大學獲得博士學位，2001到2003年在美國西弗吉尼亞大學從事博士後研究工作, 2007年至2009年在德國柏林自由大學做洪堡學者。長期從事高階有限體積法理論和應用研究，在《SIAM J. Numer. Anal.》、《Numerische Mathemtics》和《Math. Comp.》等國際計算數學學術期刊上發表學術論文50餘篇。 目前擔任廣東省計算數學學會理事長，期刊《International Journal of Numerical Analysis and Modelling》編委。
