報告摘要：
In this talk, we recall several equivalent characterizations about Property Gamma in type II_1 factors. Then we introduce some recent developments of Property Gamma. In particular, we apply Property Gamma to consider density of reducible operators in type II_1 factors.
報告人簡介：
石瑞，大連理工大學數學科學學院副教授，主要從事泛函分析中算子理論及算子代數相關的研究工作，主持并參加多項國家自然科學基金。近些年圍繞算子代數中的算子理論（如von Neumann代數中的算子結構、關于p-norm的正規算子的對角化、不可約算子的稠密性、可約算子的稠密性等等）以及算子代數的*表示理論（C*-數到von Neumann代數中的*同态的近似酉等價、相對于Normed ideal的*同态的近似酉等價等等）取得一系列研究成果。在《Adv. Math.》、《J. Funct. Anal.》等重要期刊已發表多篇科研論文。
