報告摘要：
The notion of Mathieu subspaces was introduced by the speaker in 2009, which can be viewed as a natural but highly non-trivial generalization of the notion of ideals of associative algebras. In this talk we will discuss the definition, motivations and some recent developments of Mathieu subspaces. Furthermore, some open problems on Mathieu subspaces, especially, the connections of Mathieu subspaces with the famous Jacobian conjecture, will also be discussed. The talk will be introductory and accessible to the general audience.
報告人簡介：
趙文華現任美國伊利諾伊州立大學教授，是仿射代數幾何領域的知名專家，研究領域也涉及共形場論、無限維李代數、頂點算子代數等。他在二維共形場論、非交換對稱函數、微分算子、MZ子空間理論（一種弱理想理論）等方面取得的了具有國際影響的學術成果, 在Adv. Math., Trans. Amer. Math. Soc., Israel J. Math., J. Algebra等期刊發表論文30餘篇。
