報告摘要：
The PMU network has been utilized to monitor the system operation of a smart grid in recent decades. This brings a significant cyber risk for the power grid as the attacker can manipulate the PMU network to introduce the false positive and negative observation errors. In this talk, we discuss the risk levels of PMUs over the network which faces the cyber threats while considering the observation errors. It is discovered that ignoring the due observation errors can lead to a severe underestimating the risks as supported by the theoretical and simulation studies. The risk mitigation strategies for improving the safety levels of PMUs are also discussed when the observation errors are present.
報告人簡介：
趙鵬，2008年博士畢業于蘭州大學，現為江蘇師範大學教務處處長、數學與統計學院教授，中國科學技術大學、蘭州大學兼職博導。擔任中國現場統計研究會大數據統計分會副理事長，全國工業統計教學研究會常務理事、青年統計學家協會副會長，中國運籌學會可靠性分會常務理事，中國優選法統籌法與經濟數學研究會工業工程分會常務理事。獲國家自然科學基金-優秀青年科學基金（2014）、江蘇省“雙創人才”（2015）、江蘇省數學成就獎（2016）等。擔任國際期刊COMMUN STAT副主編（AE）、《應用概率統計》期刊編委會成員。主要研究領域為可靠性統計和網絡可靠性。迄今已在SCI/SSCI期刊上發表學術論文80餘篇，其中1篇為“Discussion Paper”，大部分發表在Reliab. Eng. Syst. Safe., IEEE. T. Reliab., European J. Oper. Res., Nav. Res. Log., Insurance Math. Econom, J. Multivariate Anal., Adv. In Appl. Probab.等重要國際期刊上。
