報告摘要：

We introduce Rota-Baxter operators on Lie groups so that the differentiation of a Rota-Baxter operator on a Lie group gives one on the corresponding Lie algebra. Factorizations theorems of Rota-Baxter Lie algebras and Rota-Baxter Lie groups are proved. From a geometrization consideration, the notions of Rota-Baxter Lie algebroids and groupoids are introduced, with the former a differentiation of the latter. Examples and applications are provided for these new notions. This is a joint work with Li Guo and Yunhe Sheng.

報告人簡介：

郎紅蕾，2011年在吉林大學獲得學士學位，2016年在北京大學獲得博士學位，德國馬普所博士後，現為中國農業大學副教授。從事Poisson幾何與數學物理的研究，在Lett. Math. Phys., Transformation Groups等雜志上發表多篇高水平論文。
