報告摘要：In this talk, we develop a variable screening method for varying coefficient hazards models of single-index form. The proposed method can be viewed as a natural survival extension of conditional correlation screening. An appealing feature of the proposed method is that it is applicable to many popularly used survival models, including the varying coefficient additive hazards model and the varying coefficient Cox model. The proposed method enjoys the sure screening property, and the number of the selected covariates can be bounded by a moderate order. Simulation studies demonstrate that our method performs well, and an empirical example is also presented.
報告人簡介：中國科學院數學與系統科學研究院二級研究員，博士生導師，中國科學院數學與系統研究院統計中心副主任。現任中國現場統計研究會副理事長，北京應用統計學會副會長，中國現場統計研究會資源與環境統計分會常務副理事長，全國工業統計學教學研究會監事會會長，全國工業統計教學研究會數字經濟與區塊鍊技術協會會長，中國統計教育學會常務理事，國際生物統計學會中國分會-IBS-China常務理事，北京大數據協會常務理事，國際華人統計協會Membership Committee Co-Chair （2020）以及Program Committee Member（2018-2020）。
現為數理統計與管理、統計與決策、Journal of Systems Science and Complexity、Statistics and Its Interface、Statistics in Biosciences、Biostatistics & Epidemiology、Journal of Biometrics & Biostatistics等期刊Associate Editor，科學出版社《數學大辭典》數理統計篇編委，中國第二屆數學名詞審定委員會委員和編委，《中國大百科全書》第三版統計學卷副主編，《中國大百科全書》第三版數學學科編委。曾任中國概率統計學會副理事長和《中國科學，數學》等期刊編委。
主要研究方向為：生存分析、生物統計、複發事件數據和縱向數據的統計分析、各種删失數據的統計分析。在國内外核心期刊發表學術論文160多篇，其中包括統計頂級期刊JASA和Biometrika 8篇。主持了國家自然科學基金重點基金1項，并先後主持或參與了973重大項目，國家自然科學基金重大項目和面上項目等18項。部分工作入選為中科院數學院2007年度十大科研進展，獲中科院數學院2008年度突出科研成果獎。
