報告摘要：
To get better arithmetic results for Waring-Goldbach problem, it is usually important to handle enlarged major arcs in the circle method. In this talk, we will show give a survey of the history and the basic machinery of enlarged major arcs and its application in Waring-Goldbach problem.
報告人簡介：
劉志新，天津大學副教授，碩士生導師。研究領域為解析數論，尤其是圓法和篩法等在堆壘素數論中的應用，已在國際學術刊物發表論文20餘篇。
